help on align plugin for ipad - urgent

I've a little problem on bottom right button. On first click it shows perfect click. as soon as i click on that the clicking area gets change from 0 pixel rightbottom to around 20/30 pixels left and i get arrow on browser till tat area.

can anyone guide me how to resolve ?

this is for my ipad app so please if you're checking check on safari with ipad as UserAgent.
if used default UserAgent in safari and flash shows up it works pefect
