I believe this thread talks of doing what you ask. I don't have enough knowledge on this subject so I can't say if or how it works.
Running ktransform on the server ...
Good luck and please share (in detail) if you get it working. I believe you need a linux server and use the linux tools to make this work.

Thank you very much for your reply Jarred.
You have gave me a direction on how to start, but I would also want to know whether it is possible on windows 2008 server.
It is because our website is written in .net and all our servers are MS. I believed I need to work on the droplet.bat file in one of the PanoTools.
The problem I am experiencing at the moment is, when I run the .bat command, it asked for the confirmation for whether I would like to convert it. And I couldn't find the parameter for the turn off the confirmation or pass the response through the command line.
Is there anyone know how to do that please?
Thanks very much in advance.
Lawrence
Hi,
the tool behind the droplets is the "kmakemultires" tool,
see the "kmakemultires.config" for all available parameters + documenation,
and also see the "templates/*.config" files to see the parameters of the other droplets,
all parameters from the .config files can also be passed as command line parameter,
e.g.
the user will be only asked on "panotype=autodetect" and when the type of the pano can't be detected,
best regards,
Klaus
