Stop working

I have a friend who downloaded the krpano packages but when he drops an image on the kmakemultires the black window opens he answers yes to partial number 3 for what type and then 360 but then the kmakemultires say it stops working.

Does he need to have flash installed or could it be something else,he downloaded the latest beta version and has windows vista *confused*

Hi,

nothing additional is needed to installed,
is the program crashing or is there any error message?
maybe the image has an unsupported format, what was used?

I have two images when I drop one image on the kmakemultires it shows the image size 4000x2000 but when I drop a secound image on the same tool the image size shows 0x0 and then it says the tool has stopped working.
