js error function not found on initialisation

I have an xml that calls a javascript function on the onviewchange event.
This works fine in Flash, but in javascript sometimes (not always) I get an error in the Krpano console:

ERROR: js() - function "foo.bar" not found

The error is throw twice and after that Krpano will find call it just fine (I'm absolutely certain the global object foo and it's method bar exist prior to the errors).

Is there a certain init I should wait for before doing external calls?
And is there a way to completely disable the console? I do call 'showlog(false)' but it will still momentarily show the error.

to answer my own question....

I'm now switching a boolean at 'onloadcomplete'... calling js after that point works without errors.
