Support for Google Map Maker tile overlay

Hi,

This is a request. Not sure if I'm posting it in the correct place.

In places like my country the standard map tile almost has no information, however there is a growing community of google map maker contributors here. When I use that tile in the javascript google map I could see very detailed information. Krpano googlemap doesn't have this yet. Can we have this in the future releases?

There is open street map tile layer too

I used to use this before until I discovered the google map maker tile. But I'm guessing for other countries this could have more support and more contributors. So maybe we can have this too? *g*

ok. So I just realized that you could buy the source code. So there are probably no future releases. *g* .

I bought the maps plugin only, how do I upgrade to the one with the source code without having to pay it's entire amount? is there an upgrade option when you purchase it?

Hi, there are still future releases planned
but the moment I'm too busy with the viewer and tools,
I have planed an updated googlemaps plugin for the final 1.0.8 version.

I see you added map types in the latest bet version

maptypes="NORMAL|SATELLITE|PHYSICAL|HYBRID"

Is it also possible to add the google map maker map type in the next release? that's if you have time *smile*

Hi, what is the "maker map" type?
do you mean user maps? this will be possible soon,

yup the user generated maps. You'll see it here

G_MAPMAKER_NORMAL_MAP This map type displays a street map with tiles created using Google Mapmaker.

Note: When you use a Mapmaker map type, users will only see maps in countries where Google Map Maker is launched. (Since 2.145)
G_MAPMAKER_HYBRID_MAP This map type displays a transparent layer of major streets created using Google Mapmaker on satellite images.

The philippines doesn't have much detail on the normal map. the map maker has.

you're referring to the javascript google map,
MAPMAKER is not available in the Flash Google maps API,
