Flash 11 readiness.

Encryption doesn't work and various other unknown things.
It doesn't appear to be a big issue yet at 0.09% so FYI

I made a friend to test one of my tours with the current flash 11 version (11.0.1.60)
and there are two big issues he noticed:

1- the hotspot animation (like the animated hotposts in this tour http://www.krpano.com/tours/weingut/)
doesn't work.
2- also the distorted hotspots doesn't work
(like the pictures pop ups in this example http://www.krpano.com/tours/weingut/)

Klaus, are you aware of this?
Maybe this is not an issue yet as flash 11 is not installed in all the computers, but it will be some time)

Try upgrading your flash 11.
Both things work for me in a current flash 11.
