Zoom/Pan then move to next scene

Zoom/Pan then move to next scene

I have seen this done before but can't seem to find it again. I am trying to zoom or maybe pan within a scene, wait few seconds, and then move to the next scene automatically.

Can someone point me to a working example and/or maybe the XML code?
