Hi detective Zephyr ,
That's true... and it seems to work... at least on Safari... but not on iPad...
I have tried controls="true" to see if there is a control also for flash version but it seems there is not...
SAlut.
On my Ipad 2 it works :) Only it requires a touch to view it, it autohides.
Flash doesnt have native controls, they need to be made (perhaps in a swc file) and get included in the FLEX project. The Flash IDE has the FLVPlayback componnent that has several default skin options, thatg was always the reason I use my own videoplayer.swf. I dont need the advanced krpano options/distortion, just some controls. When I do need them , I just create images within krpano that are used as overlay (basic play/pause).
Hi Zephyr,
I am not able to see the controls on iPad2 ... however it shows on Safari useragent iOS 4.3.3 - iPad ...
Here an example online ...
The code I use:

krpano 1.0.8
- video-hotspot example
-->
<krpano version="1.0.8" onstart="showlog();showtext('krpano[br]video hotspot example', infostyle);">
<!-- use the editor for moving,rotating,scaling hotspots -->
<plugin name="editor" url="%SWFPATH%/plugins/editor.swf" devices="flash" />

fadetime="0.2" fadeintime="0.5"
/>

Hi,
the controls are simply not supported on the iPad (by the browser), that's all...
this is also the reason why they the html5controls setting is not documented yet,
best regards,
Klaus
Is there any way to control the functions and icons of html5controls?
Hi,
the 'html5controls' setting is only enabling the default browser controls.
For custom controls, I would recommend using own images and the krpano 'xml system'.
Best regards,
Klaus
