How can i change the image for the hand cursor when hovering over buttons?

Hi,

the link is a link to a forum search call - such links doesn't work for other users,

about the question itself - changing the normal mouse cursor is possible,
see here:

but changing the hand cursor is currently not possible, this cursor is a Flashplayer/system cursor,
in version 1.0.9 there might be eventually a setting to change that too, but currently that's not possible,
