My client is using Zinc - help appreciated

  • Hi

I have just supplied a VR job and everyone is happy.

They now want to use it on a DVD or memory stick for a presentation amongst many other things in flash. The problem is they have come back to me with this (their words)

"The problem is that we are developing in Flash and then exporting through a programme called Zinc which bundles everything up and makes it all very simple and robust to play.
Unfortunately Krpano has not been created or tested in zinc, exporting it via zinc causes a 'Fatal License error' so we can't use that version."

Is there anything I can do?

I tried the standalone version documentation but I found that I needed to include the krpano.licence file in the folder for this to work (i.e. with demo version watermark)

All of this is a bit beyond my knowledge.

    regards Steve

  • Hi Klaus

Thank you so much for such a speedy reply.

Indeed that is how I supplied the first folder to them, compiled by VTOUR.

That embeds the licence I think.

'The Fatal Licence error they refer to, do you think it is your/my licence that is causing that.
Or maybe an Adobe Flash licence?

I am a bit in the dark on this one I am afraid but Ido appreciate your help.

    Steve
