Lot of distortion - how to fix this?

Hi,

I have downloaded demo version of krpano and tried it with my sphere panorama. Problem I am facing is a lot of distortion in the corners of screen. Here is example of distortion:

This is a line from default xml file:

<view hlookat="-30" vlookat="0" fov="179" fisheye="0.35" />

I saw in examples on this site that there are very few distortions so I guess something is wrong with my sphere panorama or I need to change parameters.

Your settings in the xml has Flash 10 off.

Change it to on.
I would also r3move the fisheye effect.
