XML for HTML5 via PHP scripting issues

Did some searching for a solution to this within the forum to no avail.

I can generate XML via PHP for non-HTML5 tours no problem at all with all sorts of complexity involved.

However, when I use PHP scripting to generate XML for HTML5/iDevices something goes awry.

If I "feed" KRPano XML for HTML5/iDevices that is generated via PHP, I get the following:
ERROR: loadscene() - scene "sc330" not found
WARNING: unknown action: onloaded

However, if I navigate to the URL found below in a browser, view the source ( the generated XML ), copy and paste that generated XML into a new file ( like it was hand/hard coded ) and "feed" it to KRPano, the tour works just as planned?!?!?!?!?!?!? *confused* *wacko*

Here is a link to the XML generated

http://vtour.govtour.com/player/tour_forpad.php?tid=274

Anyone have any ideas?
I'd say it was my code, but the fact that you can copy & paste the "bad" generated XML into a new XML doc and KRPano will display it just fine has me very perplexed.

If it parse the code to a xmlparser, no errors occur. If I however copy the url in a validator I get a

Result of Validating: http://vtour.govtour.com/player/tour_forpad.php?tid=274
Error: Access to restricted URI denied

Interesting. Maybe check for weird redirect status in developer. In my site I have no such php issues so there certainly is a solution.

Probably help if you showed a link to the actual tour.
