Hi,
I've made an action, that creates a plugin based on two variables, the name and url.
Code
<plugin name="gui" url="../plugins/gui.swf" keep="true" visible="true" handcursor="false" zorder="99"/>
<action name="showplugin">
addplugin(%1);
set(plugin[%1].url = %2;
set(plugin[%1].alpha, 0);
set(plugin[%1].onloaded, tween(alpha,1));
set(plugin[%1].edge, center);
set(plugin[%1].align, center);
set(plugin[%1].visible,true);
set(plugin[%1].keep,false);
</action>

When I pass a UID (Globally Unique ID, an serie of numbers and letters, that exists nowhere in the world) as a name, like this:
Code
<hotspot name ="hotspot12"
url ="../hotspots/hotspot_28.png"
ath ="-97.7143"
atv ="27.2571"
scale ="0.5"
alpha ="0.8"
onover ="tween(scale,0.6,0.2)"
onout ="tween(scale,0.5,0.1)"
zoom ="true"
onclick ="action(showplugin, 5f9d48f-531d-4a01-bcb2-6a053f3d9aa5, plugins/2f9d48fa-531d-4a01-bcb2-6a053f3d9aa5.swf);"
/>

it sets the visibiitly of my gui plugin to false (or alpha to 0), (the functions remain, so its not gone). First I thought, its a fault in the action. But when I put a non-UID as the name, it works. The plugin fades in and the gui remains.
I don't get it, that when I putt 5f9d48f-531d-4a01-bcb2-6a053f3d9aa5 in it, it doesnt work, but this does : xf9d48f-531d-4a01-bcb2-6a053f3d9aa5
