Die 1 (dritter Parameter) ist die Dauer in Sekunden.
Damit kannst Du einstellen, wie lange es dauert, bis die Änderung komplett durchgeführt ist.

Die 2 Kommas sind drin, da es noch einen 4. Parameter gibt, der aber hier nicht benötigt wird.
