Looking for a programmer to build a virtual tour.

Hi

I am looking for someone who can program my virtual tour of the city.

- Tour consists of 36 scenes.
- Start of Tour: Aerial Photography with hotspots of all the scenes in the city.
- Including Google Maps. With changing picture of hotspots on the map.
- Include thumbnails of scenes.
- Within each panorama has up to 5 ordinary pictures.
- Each panorama is accompanied by a short text (Hebrew)
- Hotspots between scenes in the panoramic

a draft of the tour attached.
