droplet problem MAC 10.6.8

droplet problem MAC 10.6.8

Hi Guys,

Im new to KRPano, my first attempt to use droplet doesn't seem to process anything, I've dragged an equirectangular tiff and jpg on to MAKE PANO (NORMAL) droplet as shown in basic tutorial, terminal opens and I get

I have placed all license in the krpano tools folder, I know nothing about terminal, its probably something really simple that I haven't done correctly.

Please help
