how to add another lens flare (not krpano standard)

Hi,

own lensflares can be created by the <lensflareset> element:

here one image (with several flare shapes) is used as base,
and then several <flare> elements that define the image, color, size and position of the flare,

and from that images the single flare parts are cutted out by using pixsize (=width and height of the area), pixupos (=x pos), pixvpos (=y pos) settings, and then mixed with a color (darker color = less visible, because the lensflares pixels were 'added' to the screen pixels),

the position of the flare along the sun-ray will be defined by "pos" (0.0 - n, 0.0 = at the sun, 1.0 = opposite of the sun on the screen, ...), and the size by "scale",
