I have this virtual tour compatible with flash, iPhone and iPad (well, it will be):
As I said it's still a work in progress but something it's not working as it should changing from portrait to landscape position. Here is a picture:
As you can see the screen is slightly cropped upwards.
It's weird because this virtual tour doesn't have this problem, and both are using the same html file and same krpano.swf file (not the same version, the very same file).
For the record, I have Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom>Off as recommended in a thread talking about a similar problem.

Update: It fixed itself! Better said,I did something but I can remember what. I reckon it was something in my html file...
