This website has an awesome feature; there's a wonderful little area in the corner that has an image, a text phone number, and a url that you can actually click! The kicker is that there's an info.xml file that's feeding all this information into it! How is this possible? I would love to figure it out and implement it, but after going through the code, I can't figure out how it's pulling the information from the info.xml file!

My goal is to have a box with text like the website for name and number, and an info button that flys out and displays the text when clicked. And then I've got to recreate the flyout again for iOS mobile devices.
Can anyone help me figure this one out?
