Action called by plugin or hotspot

Is there a way to know whether it was an plugin or a hotspot that called an action via onloaded etc?
I guess I could check if it exists by name and just hope there aren't both a plugin and hotspot with the same name.
**EDIT**
This is what I did, with an added helper action to escape the scope of the style.
