Windows 8/IE10 and Chrome Frame

  • Hi all,

Firstly I'd just like to say what an amazing product krpano is. It's been a revelation to everyone I've shown it to.

    Now on to my question...

I've been trying to get the HTML5 krpano viewer to work on IE10 (on Windows 8 consumer preview) as this is "supposedly" capable of CSS3D transformations.

So far I've been completely unsuccessful, always receiving the Webkit based browser error message.
Now I know that IE is not a webkit browser but is the krpano code written with webkit prefixes and this is what is causing the error in IE?

I've tried installing Chrome Frame and adding an the required meta tag to the html file but that also failed.

I'm also aware that these technologies are still not finished and parts of them might change, but

If anyone could shed some light, point me in the right direction, or tell me it's not going to work in the foreseeable future, it would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks a lot.
    Andy
