sorry, the Flashplayer on my current device wasn't up-to-date, I can confirm it too now...
I have written a mail to Adobe (to ccampbel@adobe.com) and submitted a bug report now!
Please vote here for that bug:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3310959
(and if you want also write a mail to Adobe to increase the pressure to fix that)
If there will be no fix from Adobe soon, I think I need to disable the Fullscreen Mode in context menu by default in the next release...
Best regards,
Klaus
or if that is a bug that should be fixed...So make it more clear that this should be handled as bug, please vote here for that bug:

Hi,
Thank you for your recent bug submission on Flash Player not being able to go fullscreen from a context menu selection. Unfortunately, we have had to disable/remove this unintended feature due to security issues.
It will not be supported in FlashPlayer versions going forward.
Thanks
-chris

<contextmenu fullscreen="false" /> |
In which exact situation/case doesn't it work in your case?don't know if it's related but i found out that command
set(fullscreen,false);
didn't work anymore, got the message "Change fullscreen mode not allowed!"
found a workaround using
delayedcall(0.1,set(fullscreen,false));
To remove the fullscreen setting from existing tours, this line can be added in the xml:

<contextmenu fullscreen="false" />
