Load hotspot based on video's quepoints

Would like to call load event (hotspot) at certain points as the video plays. Is this currently possible to read quepoints in the flv?

pop up hotspots at set points in the video playback timeline.

I understand Krpano currently has a "timer" which loads after linear time has elapsed. But buffering during playback causes these points in time to become not precise.
With cue points embedded (at the authoring) in the FLV as the trigger, a 360 video could have hot spots pop up at cue points in the video's playback timeline which correspond with the subject or location being currently displayed.

How about the reverse?
Can action-script or js code in the flv communicate with the parent krpano.SWF?

Can the flv in the (player.swf) signal the loading of another SWF (hotpot.swf) on the parent (krpano.swf)?

Dose the current "oncomplete" function come from the videoplayer.swf or the content inside the player?
