• This only is a problem in Safari

    I have a tour with 40 or so scenes and instead of a map I created a flat scene with the floor plan and 80 links. Even if I take all the links out the floorplan will not load, says it it doesn't exist. Here is the scene and in the panos folder there are only three files, pano, preview and thumb. I have attached the three jpg's if anyone wants to play with this. Once again, works in IE and firefox.

    <scene name="scene_floorplan" title="floorplan" onstart="" thumburl="panos/floorplan.tiles/thumb.jpg" lat="" lng="" heading="" devices="flash">

    <view hlookat="0" vlookat="0" fovtype="MFOV" fov="100" maxpixelzoom="1.25" fovmin="70" fovmax="140" limitview="auto" />

    <preview url="panos/floorplan.tiles/preview.jpg" />

    <image hfov="1.00" vfov="0.569030" voffset="0.00">
    <cylinder url="panos/floorplan.tiles/pano.jpg" />
    </image>

    <!-- place your scene hotspots here -->

    </scene>

  • Hi,

    are you trying the HTML5 Viewer in Safari?

    I ask because flat panos aren't supported in HTML5 and as you can see in your xml, that scene is defined for flash only:

    <scene name="scene_floorplan" ... devices="flash">
