Please help a beginner! I have a problem with the virtual tour - when it switches to Wide view, appears at the top of a black spot like this
In all other modes -- no problem. Why is this happening? how to remove this black spot? (The size of the original image - 2048x1024)

Hi,
that 'wide view' projection uses the Pannini projection and there the geometry of nadir and zenith areas
'bends' toward infinity, and because of calculating with infinity values is not possible in this case, these values were 'clipped' and this leads to these 'holes'.
As solution try using cube images or try different display.details settings (or disable/avoid the Pannini projection).
