zooming with keyboard but not in Fullscreen

Hello,
I have no clue what I do wrong.
I use Make vrtour multires droplet and I can pan and zoom with keyboard when tour is in window.

If I switch to fullscreen, I can pan with keyboard but SHIFT and CTRL for zooming does not work. Only the mouse wheel.

How to solve it?

Yep, observe the same here. Noted that if I turn off Flash (Chrome desktop), shift and ctrl keys work properly in fullscreen. So maybe this is somehow related to Flash.
