how to find coordinates foe my video

Hi, I do not know how to find in my pano the right position for my video.

I know from example that the video position is made by rx,ry.rz parameters but have no clue how to easily put my video to the right place into my panorama.

For example into this:

like in DevalVR technology.

may I use some parameters if I set the hotspot by the editor inside the pano?

There is clear procedure inDevalVR how to set distorted video inside the pano.Is there such a tool or procedure in Krpano... ???

hi,

check the examples map from the down load.. go to the bottom and look for the video hotspot exmple... editor...read ...do...copy.

Take care of that u use your own pano and video...so put them there and rewrite the xml...save and...go. *g*

well, it is clear, this is what I am studying from begining but it is not clear how easily set the coordinates.

I do not like finding the right position by the method "attempt/failure" on and on.....

maybe I couldn´t understand the question, but you can just drag and drop, scale and rotate the video to the right position and then read out the coordinates...

Yes, I do not understand how to operate with video hotspot inside the panorama, inside the editor !!

I have been trying to find the right procedure how to place video with krpano editor FOR 20 MINUTES BUT I FAILED.

I did the same with DevalVR - it took me 4 minutes.
Here are the examples:
http://virtualpanorama.cz/test/krpanovideo/ - still do not know hoe to set the right position

http://virtualpanorama.cz/test/devalvideo/ - HERE IS THE DESIRED RESULT ( right bottom choose DevalVR )

Please tell me how to find the right position shortly and easy.

pano in second link doesn´t work for me...
but you can do it in krpano in 2 minutes :)

open the pano of the first link.
-press "Editor"
-press "Hotspots"
-now you can drag your video around to the point you want to have it.
-to rotate it press "r" at you keyboard and hold it and click onto the video and rotate it
same with scaling...

after your video is positioned right press "back"
then press "XML"
-now copy the right code for the hotspot and paste it into you xml file
finished :)

Ohh yes, I complete missed the instruction in the left upper corner. *cursing*

I placed video hotspot but I can only scale the whole video and NOT the height or width separately.

The result is ner to be perfect but how to scale it? I changed the"width="180" height="140"" parameters in XML file but with no effect.
