Preloading progress bar

Before start playing, user whait full video file loading
- How to make it start after some loaded part(not full) ?
- How to show preloader before user can use pano?

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
I would also like to find a solution for this request and show a loading bar to indicate users that video is being loaded.

Any hint would be appreciated. Thanks!
