360 video render

we are playing with the ladybug 3 and a YB unit.
I have some problems to get the right settings out of premiere CS6
I hope somebody can help and wants to write a clear and complete tut how to get the settings right.

- .bmp files sequence 4000x2000

some problems:

- when i want to import that in premiere as a sequence it doesn't work..
but when i make tifs of those bmp files first it works (??)
- with some renders it plays twice to fast, but the frame rate is set as the source: 15

i like to go to a h264 mp4 file of 2000x1000
or another setting that gives the best quality.

I used h264 mp4, so that is with an audio channel, also when there is no audio otherwise it makes m4v..
VB2, High, 5.1, etc ..

Any body have a nice workflow and want that to share/help?

Tuur *thumbsup*

Dear friend, I do use Avidemux to collect images and come out with th efirst videotrack.
2k x 4k can be pretty ok. Use mjpg .avi with good bitrate.
Then I do use mediacoder to compress 25 fps P vbr, audio AAC, target around 4-8 Mbps.
Many video programs require .tga.
