Hi,
when you see such transformed pano, then your Chrome browser isn't supporting hardware accelerated CSS-3D transforms.
When you enter 'chrome://gpu-internals/' in your Chrome, you should see '3D CSS: Unavailable'.
The next krpano release should be able to detect such situations very reliable and will not use HTML5 in this case.
