div to activate a hotspot

i have a small div (50px by 50px) witch can be moved on the panorama(x & y position).
i want to call a Javascript function when my div moves over a hotspot.
it's kind of like replacing the mouse cursor with my own div, just for the hotspots.
is there a way to make this work in krpano.
