Bing Maps not loading

I've purchased the krpano licenses and copied the bingmaps.license.xml to the plugins folder where the bingmaps.swf is
I've also got an API key which I put into the start-tour.xml
and also have loaded the krpano license

When I start my street view it works fine with the krpano player but when I click on the bing maps globe it shows the overlay with the droplets ok but no bing maps appears. Otherwise the nav and zoom all work fine with the streetview images.


I don't get any error messages.

Any ideas how I can debug this problem?

can you share link to your online xml. It would be nice if you can turn on editor to see how xml looks in memory.

do you have your work online to see what is happening?

(What is the case stealing bingmap key when you can deactivate it and order new one in worst case scenario !!!)

I wasn't sure which key you were referring to. Anyway I've solved then problem. I was running it locally using version 1.16.2 Linux64 and needed to authorise flash for external internet access to load the bing maps. This version with the new licenses I purchased wasn't generating any errors and not loading the license properly. Once I upgraded to 1.16.3 the license loaded properly and the bing maps then worked after authorising flash
