How to add a photo on my virtual tour that links to my webpage?

Hi there,

Please excuse me, I'm a beginner of a beginner.

Can someone guide me how to insert a permanent photo of myself on my virtual tour just like the link below.

and when i click on the image it goes to my url.

just add this code:

i added some extra's like alpha and zorder... so you can have some experiment..
