I just found out that "kmakemultires.exe" doesn't work as expected in some circumstances.
I have made some tests and it seems that when the input folder name contain characters "["
and "]", multires tiles are not created.. but mobile and tablet tiles created normally.
For example, when my equirectangular image is located in the folder named "panorama[134]",
the multires tiles are not created.
