Looking for krpano developer for ongoing projects

I am looking for a talented krpano developer, to work on an ongoing basis for a German-based contact of mine. His requirements/job specs are as follows:

Proficient with krpano, the tours are rarely complex
Ability to edit interface graphics in Photoshop required
Good communicator. German speaker preferred but English is also fine
Constant awareness of new krpano releases and their technical potential
Can agree price on a project-by-project basis
Developer will be given a clear set of standard guidelines/expectations going forward
