Libjpeg - DCI coefficient out of range

Hi! I've got a question I suppose directly to Klaus, or maybe somebody else knows about this.

If I drop panoramas onto the MakePano (normal) or MakeVtour (Normal), sometimes it makes one or two panos and then returns

"Libjpeg - DCI coefficient out of Range" (see the attached printscreen).

What does it mean?

And the error is not permanent, because now I've converted the same two panos successfully, while just few minutes ago the droplet returned the error. Panoramas are the same, and there were only two of them: jpg, resolution 8000x4000, 2.37 and 3.15 MBs.

The system is Windows 32, Pentium 4, 3.00 GHz, 3 Gb RAM.

Hi,

that's an internal error from the libjpeg library (the library that is responsible for the jpeg decoding and encoding).
Normal such error should be impossible.

But regarding to the libjpeg source code, when it happens it should be reproduce-able every time with the same input image.
That means if reproduce-able please send me the input image for checking it.
If not reproduce-able, it would be very strange, then the problem might be related to the system...
