Nice work.
Now we know your user name on your I7 based Fujitsu laptop
I wouldn't use navigator there as this is not flat image. I propose you to make navigator responsive to screen size. I have my own navigator where I have this done so just a idea what can be improved.

Nice navigator Umalo, I like the 2 preview images, so you highlight the shown area...
But I think that the problem that Yasushi is experimenting, is about translating the shown area into an equirectangular projection... so when he is looking at the top of the pano, he should be drawing a more complex polygon instead of a simple rectangle in order to really mark the area... but I think this would be quite far away from the actual codes shown here.

Great work. My phone could even read the QR-code from your pinboard :)

I think trying to sell a droplet of 'krpano.droplet—navi360'.
It is by no means a perfect finish.
However, it will be sufficient enough to practical use.
Please more information, see here.

"Navi360" Spherical-frame screen
I have buy this plugin, this is a small spherical-frame image window that in a 360° panorama shows the location indicated by a target.
The target is displayed in a (spherical-frame) navigation-screen.
Depending on the coordinates of the (spherical-frame) navigation-screen, the position of the target moved.
By moving the target, the 360° panorama will move at the same time both.
Zoom in zoom out the target will be smaller and larger.
The (Spherical-frame) navigation-screen, is scaled according to the display size. The current 360 degrees panorama shows a section of the spherical-frame navigation screen.
The (spherical-frame) navigation screen can determine where the location is on the spherical 360x180.
An educational tool to understand how exactly a flat picture (spherical-frame) behaves in front of a 360 degree projection.
See Earth (Globe) versus Spherical 360x180 http://bit.ly/1EzzcrF and Inside Earth (Globe) versus Spherical 360x180 http://bit.ly/1bkRci6 .I have made a special button for the navi360 navigation screen.
In the menu is the navi360 button for show the spherical-frame navigation screen.
In the navigation screen top left is the cross button to click and close the navigation screen.
See A Vr tour - with six panorama's - with plugin navi360 http://bit.ly/1HgP1tkYASUSHI created an interesting plugin navi360 for krpano users.
Kind Regards,
Wilsan
