Currently, we're using KRPANO for our website.
We just set the krpano with the config of the panorama html5 to "always", which means without using flash.
We found that some users who use google chrome browser will encounter the image crash while they're scrolling the panorama.
I attached the images to show the issues of paranoma, the image1 shows the crashed of paranoma while the image 2 shows the normal status.
This only happened on some PCs, we found this issue on windows 10 and iMac, but this doesn't happen to other PCs, including my Mac PC.
All we can do is set the panorama back to the "flash". Is there any way to fix this issues with the config of "html5" in google chrome browser?

Hi,
that's the css3d-transform 'software rendering' of Chrome and unfortunately it's fundamentally buggy.
That problem happens when Chrome doesn't support your graphics hardware or drivers anymore (for whatever reasons).
You could enable the 'ignore-gpu-blacklist' setting in Chrome to get GPU support back:
chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklistor report the problem to Google and hope for fix in the next Chrome versions:

Hi Klaus
For this old problem, as you mention "That problem happens when Chrome doesn't support your graphics hardware or drivers anymore".
Is there any way that js could detect this bug so that i could convert this device to flash to prevent the bug happen.Derek
