zorder of hotspots doesn't work

Hi,

zorder of hotspots doesn’t work. Look at the picture:

I work on macOS v.10.13.2 with KRPano version 1.19-pr14

hotspots are on the background (the image),
layers are independent and not moving with the image

i m not sure you can put hotspots in front of layers...

Hotspot can not be above the layer.
The only case when the hotspot is above the layer when the layer is defined by a child element of the hotspot.
