Possible gyro issue with Chrome 65 for Android.

Gyro not working correctly it seems with Android Chrome browser 65.0.3325.109

Tested with Galaxy S6 and 5. Older browser version was working normally. I updated to the latest Chrome 65 and the gyro is not functioning properly.
Tested on iOS also with the latest Chrome but no issue. So it just seems to be affecting Android.

Can this be confirmed?

I have the same problem on Galaxy S8 and Huawei P10 ... or with any android mobile with Chrome 65.0.3325.109
Gyro works fine with the older Chrome browser eg.: 63.0.3239.111

Hi,

the Chrome developers have broken this in Chrome 65.

The last answer from a Chrome developer when a fixed Chrome version will be out is 'Not sure the exact day, but very soon' (posted 36 hours ago from now).
