multires tile takes too much time

i have a gigapixel that dimention 300.000 x 150.000 pixel.

i try to make it vrtour multires droplet for tile.
after 45 hours its still continue to 1/7 step.
it make over 1.250.000 files. and still making

i think its not normal.
but i dont want to start over.
what should i do for make it more faster ?
