I upgraded my Panotour Pro from KRPano 1.19-pr16 to 1.21 and the map window seem to be not working anymore. It just show a blank white screen. Do you know why?

I would test krpano 1.20.11(latest release, tehre are several ones) rather than 1.21

I had some problems with 1.21 and PTP

1. I accidentally deleted the Panotour pro software and need to reinstall it. However, MAC OS has been updated to Ventura 13.5.2 version and cannot be installed successfully.
My computer is an iMac Pro 3.2GHz 8 core Intel Xeon W

2. Can I install Panotour pro software on MAC with M1 and M2 processors?

It would be interesting to know what operating systems and versions Panotour still supports to make the move soon, thank you

I have been able to install and run Panotour on my Macbook Air M2 on Sonoma 13.5 by opening terminal and running this

sudo arch -x86_64 /Applications/Panotour\ Pro\ 2.5.app/Contents/MacOS/PanotourPro

However, I can't get the Krpano update to install so I'm stuck with 1.19.

I also need to install all the plugins directly into the app. It does not see the user folder.

I'd really appreciate some help if anyone knows how to get the app to see the user folder for plugins and the krpano update!

Anyone can still open the map from Panotour Pro with any version of krpano?
I ask because on my old computer my map also not show google maps anymore but I did update to krpano 1.21.

The latest solution is that I took the computer to Apple, first downgraded the operating system back to the old version, then installed Panotour pro 2.5 successfully, and then updated the operating system, which is currently Sonoma14.3.

My computer often crashes when I run Panotour pro recently. I plan to buy a new computer. Can I install Panotour Pro 2.5 on the new MAC equipped with Apple M2 Max or Apple M2 Ultra processor and the operating system is Sonoma 14.3? Do I need to purchase or update krpano during the installation process?

I haven’t personally installed Panotour Pro 2.5 on a Mac with an M2 Max or Ultra, but I’ve heard that older software can sometimes run into compatibility issues with the latest hardware and macOS versions. You might want to check if there's a specific update or patch for Panotour Pro that supports newer Macs.

Reinstall KRpano 1.20 for best panotour, 1.21 is not optimized for panotour many plugin not work

The latest stable version compatible with Panotour is 1.20.11. It’s very stable in Windows 11. It’s important to keep update this version for any security patches. Or a new version compatible with compatible code. Panotour community will support this.
