Hi Klaus,
What exact behavior do you mean? When quickly testing your tour it seems to work...
Generally I would recommend avoiding the usage of the wait(), it's mainly a leftover from very old versions. In old versions it was blocking just everything and that was highly problematic of course. Now it depends where it was called what will happen.
There is no way to do a simple upgrade of my code from ver. 1.19-pr16 to 1.20.7/9 because the wait(LOAD) in 1.20. blocks everything independently where it is called. As you see the tour is working in the 1.19-pr16 version well and wait(LOAD) works as expected. (It's waiting until the hotspot and hotspot_blend is loaded for the tweeing. And when there is no loading the wait(LOAD) works like wait(0).
To reproduce it in 1.20 try in debugmode=true + [SHIFT]~ calling the krpano action wait(LOAD). It seems the LOAD flag is not resetting to false for the wait() action. The wait(BLEND) is working OK.
In my post https://krpano.com/forum/wbb/inde…&highlight=#top I wrote and posted the obj360.xml. The wait(LOAD) saved my life. To upgrade it to 1.20.9 requires redesign of my concept (e.g. action obj360_next()).
My concern is whether you find an easy fix for wait(LOAD) for 1.20 or do I need to reprogram/redesign my plugin?
Btw. do you suppose to introduce a multiresolution distorted hotspot soon and/or to work on the 360 object within krpano viewer, too? It would be great!
Again, thank you for your work!
Pavel
Example?
Best regards,
Klaus
I extracted part of the code to generate the example.
Sorry, but I can't see the problem... I click the x and then both hotspots disappear and then? What should happen? There is nothing that is still clickable...?

First rotate 180 in the horizontal direction, you will find that the mouse can be clicked, the whole screen can be clicked, but there is nothing there. But after clicking, the hot spot disappears.Because it triggers the 'X' click event.
You can carefully observe the mouse arrow becoming handcursor.
Hello Klaus,
Lately I updated my Mac to Big Sur. (11.1) and downloaded the latest Krpano version 1.20.9.
I executed the FIX INSTALL OSX.command but I still got the message 'ERROR' when using the MAKE VTOUR Drople.
To be sure I just upgraded my license but no solution so far.
What can I do more to make it work ?
Thanks.
S.
FIX install.
ERROR
Hi Klaus thanks for recently adding transparency video support! Are we good to go upgrading ptp from v1.20.7?
Also is there a separate changelog for the PTP upgrade function? Curious if this old and tired software will get attention periodically..

That doesn't happen when I test it, there is nothing to click.
What browser do you use?
What you describe sounds like a CSS3D bug of the browser.

When do you get that error message?
When dropping a file into it, or?
What file was that?

The Panotour Pro Update Package change log is here, but there were no PTP specific changes since 1.20.7:
https://krpano.com/panotourproupdate/#ptpchangelog
And when there are changes the normal krpano release notes would also mention it:

Google Chrome.
I tested it and found no problems in mobile and Internet Explorer browsers, but many browsers have problems on the PC side. This should not be a problem with the code in XML.

Hi. thanks for you reply.
It happens after selecting the image(s) and clicking on 'Process Images Now'.
But also when I drop my image(s) on the droplet.
I tested different (360x180) files and sizes. Tiff, jpg. 20000px, 8000px,etc..

Strange, maybe some kind of OSX access permission problem...
Whats the full path of your images?

The last few days I've tested several locations.
Internal disk, external disks.. so far no succes but a few minutes ago something strange happened.
Suddenly the droplet started working
At first it started working with a jpg but refused the tiff's.
For some files I needed to insist though... for some up to 3 times.
But it looks like the droplet has now awakened for all my files.
Only when I have my files on the desktop I still got the error.
(but that's not a drama)

I really like the north setup in the editor, but after aligning only 30 panoramas I see room for an improvement. Would that be possible, to look North, and then use a button to bring the North arrow to the center of the current screen? That would speed up the process.

It's definitely not the droplet itself, but probably more the OS X system... there might be some kind of access permission...

Yes, would be possible, such requests are very welcome!
Will add a button for this in the next release.
Btw - what about by just pressing SPACE (or another key) to set north to the current looking direction, should be even easier?

"Center North" or similar labeled button plus spacebar is best in my opinion.
Hi Klaus
Will it be possible to get the chroma key and/or side by side alpha for videos working on full 360 videos, and not just on hotspot videos?
That way we can have a traditional "static" pano at high quality, and overlay a lower res video with moving parts, masked out so it looks like things are moving around on the static pano...
