video with mask shrinks to half size

krpano 1.20.11

been experimenting with TB masks and i added a hotspot button to trigger the video

if i dont use pausedonstart="false" the video will become half of its height

when i change to "true" then the video behaves normally but the button i'm adding makes no sense since a user interaction starts the video

here is what the video looks like
the original video is 1280x720 so the video with mask is 1280x1440
it looks like the same in the example (attached too)
