can I use this Landscape with everpano3D and move in it ?

I want to move in 3D in this scene, wanted to know if anyhow is this possible ? Want to add hotspots and let me people walk in it

But it is a completely 3D .obj , I know how to work with them. My Question is, I can see many landscapes in SketchFab as above, now if I want to use these for my scene, then can I ? If yes then what should I need to tell my blender person, what to do with it ?

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to achieve. Blender can export .obj and .mtl so you can use it in krpano.

https://krpano.kri-soft.be/annotations/ is a plugin that emulates sketchfab annotations. Maybe that will help you?
