obj material limitations (?)

Hi all

does anyone know of a way of overcoming this limitation?

The documentation in krpano only points to the wikipedia specification so.. i guess my obj is compliant

i'm missing a mirror under the chandelier, cutlery and glasses...

they show in blender, of course, they show in windows viewer but not online in krpano

under the chandelier is a cylinder that I made metallic to simulate a mirror, for example.

The cuttlery i bought and imported used in obj format to blender

krpano does not support material settings like metallic, roughness, bump map, reflections, ... Only "color" (diffuse) is supported through textures. So the export from blender may contain all these material properties, but krpano will not use them.

So I will always need a texture for it to show.

Really bad news.

I was going to build a realistic 6dof scene. This means, at least, glass/transparent.

Any one knows if changes are coming?

I'm really surfing the 6dof thing and this is a big drawback

must be the engine in krpano :(
