It's really very interesting.
I'm also getting into Gaussian Splatting, but via PostShot so that I can be independent of the calculation, but I haven't found an effective viewer for self-hosting.
Have you done any research in this direction?
Maybe with the integration of three.js in the next version of KrPano who knows ;)
