Hi all im using panotour latest with updating krpano 1.21.2 (build 2023-12-11)
and im try to build video 360 virtual tour its work well in web browser dekstop but fail
at mobile :

What causing this? Please help~

Ooooph... Are we talking wrapped video? If so, that resolution seems really low.

Hi,
for mobile i would try 4k max and test. You might need 2k for older models, or slow connections though. It might also depends on ios or android...i think to remember that 8k on android also worked fine (unsure).

no, not wrapping... for that maybe 4k max
