iphone webgl context lost

Good morning

so far it happens only on iPhones 12 and 13. On 14 is ok and AFAIK everywhere else is ok

the image start is 512 pixel tile size and it is 200 megapixel

The start is with a short animation and the pano loads in the black area... it is a video with transparency... may be this is it? must try with regular video.

Video is 1080p and in MOV, MP4, OGV, WEBM

Any clues on how to find whats is causing this?

Can I add some debug of some kind

Hi,

that error indicates too much resource/memory need...

Check your project for everything that could eat up too much memory, e.g. large layer/hotspot images, too much videos or sounds at the same time...

That pano image itself shouldn't need much memory and cause the problem, but you could even try limiting its memory usage by trying a lower custom memory.maxmem setting:

hi again

I emulated an iphone in the browser and it starts and it does not seem that much

I will reduce the size of some assets but till it reaches that screen that is shown above it's only 33mb if chrome emulator is right

in the video list (the one sepparated with pipes) I removed a video that was not in the server and all started to go well

in my server the 404 error shows a html page.. maybe it was it

I must pay more attention to this things in multi-devices
