Hi,
a quick note for clarification - the payment provider that handled selling/invoicing of the krpano licenses has been changed from MyCommerce (previously also known as 'Share-It') to FastSpring (and other/additional payment providers may follow soon).
The reason for this change was that MyCommerce (Digital River) hasn't made any payouts since July 2024. Originally the missing payouts doesn't seem that problematic as they wrote about some internal changes and delays on their side, but then they replaced their mail support by a bot-system and there was an increasing number of reports about the same problem, so there was a need to do something and to change it.

What does this mean?
For you as customers who had bought krpano licenses, this basically wouldn't matter - when a license was ordered and paid, it was delivered normally. And the licenses are okay and working. Only from my side it is uncertain at the moment if the money from these orders will be ever received here. It's a pretty large amount, but luckily I'm in a situation where this will not cause any real problems, although it is very annoying of course.
The new payment provider is now FastSpring, which has been recommend by several others - and I'm working on adding also other payment providers as alternative. That's just to reduce the dependency on one single payment provider and to be able to switch quickly if such ever happens again.
Btw - unfortunately that added caused another delay for the release of the 1.22 version, but this time only a very short one, as the version is basically ready and will be released very soon.
Thank and Best regards,
Klaus
